General terms and conditions

1. General provisions

These general terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "GTC") govern the legal relations between the seller and the buyer arising when purchasing goods through the online store on the website www.studiolavish.com (hereinafter referred to as the "online store").

The buyer is a natural or legal person who places an order through the online store or by purchasing directly at Lavish studios.

These GTC are binding on both parties and are an integral part of the purchase contract concluded remotely or at the point of sale.

2. Nature of the goods

The seller specializes in selling vintage and antique furniture and accessories . These are used goods that may show signs of wear, patina, or minor imperfections consistent with the age and nature of the product.

These characteristics are a natural part of the goods sold and are not considered defects . By purchasing, the buyer confirms that he has been familiar with this nature of the goods.

3. Order and conclusion of the contract

Orders can be placed via the online store or by direct card payment at Lavish studios in Bratislava and Prague during opening hours.

By sending an order through the online store, the buyer confirms that he has read and agrees to these GTC. The purchase contract is concluded by confirming the order by the seller to the buyer's e-mail address.

When paying by card in the studio, the buyer will receive a confirmation of payment via email or SMS message of their choice, instead of a physical document.

4. Prices and payment terms

All prices are in euros. The seller is not a VAT payer , therefore the prices are final.

The seller accepts the following payment methods:

• payment by credit card online,
  
  

• payment by bank transfer to the seller's account,
  
  

• payment by credit card at the terminal in Lavish studios (Bratislava, Prague).
  
  

Cash payments or cash on delivery are not possible.

5. Delivery terms

The seller ensures delivery of the goods as follows:

• via the Courier Service (smaller shipments) – shipping within 5 working days from order confirmation,
  
  

• personal collection at Lavish studios (Bratislava, Prague) during opening hours or by arrangement,
  
  

• personal delivery of furniture within Bratislava and Prague by arrangement,
  
  

• delivery via an external transport company for larger pieces of furniture in Slovakia and the Czech Republic - based on an individual agreement with the buyer.
  
  

The goods must be collected within a reasonable period of time after agreement. In the event of prolonged non-collection, the seller reserves the right to cancel the order.

The buyer bears the shipping costs unless the parties agree otherwise.

6. Right to withdraw from the contract

The buyer - consumer has, in accordance with Act No. 102/2014 Coll., the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, without giving a reason.

Withdrawal can be made in writing to the e-mail: vladimira@studiolavish.com or by post to the seller's address. The buyer is obliged to send the goods back no later than 14 days from the withdrawal.

In the event of withdrawal, the buyer bears the costs of returning the goods . The seller will refund the purchase price immediately after delivery of the returned goods.

Exception: It is not possible to withdraw from a contract whose subject matter is goods made according to the buyer's special requirements or custom-made goods (e.g. individually modified, refurbished or upholstered furniture according to the agreement).

7. Complaints and liability for defects

Since this is a sale of used goods , the seller does not provide a warranty to the extent common for new products.

The seller is only liable for defects that the goods had when the buyer took them over and that were not obvious or explicitly stated in the product description. Normal signs of age, use or patina are not considered defects.

The complaint must be submitted by email to the seller's address.

8. Protection of personal data

The Seller processes the Buyer's personal data solely for the purpose of processing the order, in accordance with applicable legislation and the Privacy Policy, which is available on the website. www.studiolavish.com .

9. Final provisions

These GTC are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. The Slovak court is competent to resolve any disputes.

The consumer has the right to contact the supervisory authority - the Slovak Trade Inspection .

These terms and conditions come into effect on the date of their publication on the seller's website.
